House of Cards Season 2: Holy Sh*t!

The Snap:

Netflix has released the second season of their critically acclaimed series, House of Cards. The first season delivered an Emmy to Netflix — the first time the award has ever been given to an online service — and the series has already been picked up for a third season.

Season two of House of Cards is currently available to stream on Netflix.

If you still haven’t seen the first season of House of Cards, what the hell are you waiting for?

This is the exact reason why so many of us are cutting out cable. You still have access to some of the best television shows ever produced, but without the stupidly expensive bill at the end of the month.

Last year, House of Cards introduced us to the most badass politician ever — Frank Underwood — and the new season has cranked the craziness up a few notches. Season two picks up right where the first one left off, and it doesn’t take long for them to shake things up in a seriously big way (but I’m obviously not going to spoil it for you!).

However, you should learn from my mistake. If you don’t have an entire day to waste sitting on your couch watching Netflix, it might be a good idea to wait until you do. It’s nearly impossible to quit watching between the episodes, and you’re mindset will be firmly locked into ‘House of Cards-mode’ until you finish it.

But then again, thinking more like Frank Underwood during our daily lives might do us all some good — as long as we don’t murder someone.

Watch the trailer below, and then go waste 12 hours of your life watching the entire season. How this show lost an Emmy to Breaking Bad baffles my mind.

Take Action!
